Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) Parent Portal Now Available

Douglas County School System is pleased to announce that parents may now monitor their child’s achievement on statewide tests and attendance through the Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) Parent Portal. SLDS is a free application that is accessed via a link in the district’s Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you already have a parent log-in for Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you have access to your child’s SLDS data. Simply log into Infinite Campus and click the SLDS link.

Using Georgia’s SLDS Parent Portal helps parents to:

·         Monitor their children’s achievement on statewide summative assessments.

·         Identify their children’s strengths and weaknesses in the domains that are tested in each subject area.

·         Access online resources that are directly aligned to course standards.

Please refer to the links below for further information:

Parents will need to have a log-in for Infinite Campus in order to access the SLDS portal. For parents who do not currently have a log-in for Infinite Campus, please follow these directions:

Go to https://campus.douglas.k12.ga.us/campus/portal/douglas.jsp

You will need your student's six digit lunch number. This is the same as the student ID that prints on the child’s schedule. You will also need your child’s Social Security Number and birthdate. If you did not provide your student's Social Security Number to the school, you will need to show ID at your chld’s school to receive the activation key.

When you receive the activation key, write it down. You will need to enter it on another screen.

If you have trouble obtaining the activation key, please contact the office manager at your child’s school for assistance.
