Courtney Boswell is Douglas County High School’s new Family and Consumer Science teacher this year. She was born and raised in the number one small town in America; Madison, Georgia. Ms. Boswell then received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs!! When she is not in the classroom you can find her at the dance studio! She has been dancing since she was three years old and still enjoys it today. The studio is also where Ms. Boswell started her passion for teaching as she has been a dance instructor for the past six years.

Ms. Boswell is truly passionate about the career program that is Family and Consumer Science. She is most excited about sharing her knowledge of food, nutrition, and wellness with your students in a fun and engaging environment. She looks forward to getting to know your students and the Douglas County community.
